Before traveling over to Henderson Performance Technologies for a vehicle tune, there are a few things you need to make sure have been checked and corrected prior to arriving:
- When you make an appointment, we appreciate customers who are on time; if you have an emergency or are running a few minutes behind, please contact us at 830-620-1117.
- Make sure all the FLUIDS in your vehicle are at the proper level, with no leaks.
- We understand the vehicle’s tune may not be correct prior to arriving, but in order to properly tune your vehicle make sure the vehicle's working parts are in good order; i.e. spark plugs and plug wires, O2 sensors, air filter, fuel filter, and NO exhaust leaks.
- Check your Tire Air Pressure and tread, they must be properly inflated and have sufficient tread.
- If you have any handheld tuning devices for the vehicle, software or any other item related to the tuning of your vehicle, bring them along.
